I received a flyer from your company in my mailbox for "Tune Up $49". This is the reason I booked with your company. It was disappointing to find out when your service guy arrived, that you would not honour what was printed in your flyer. It ended up costing me almost 4 times that amount! My house is two years old, all we needed was a tune up. My rating is no reflection on your service guy, he was great, it's not his fault. If your flyer was misprinted, that's on your company. You should have honoured what I booked. Not sure if I would recommend your company, unless you decide to fix this. I believe according to Consumer Law, you should be honouring the advertised price. I will be making phone calls to get to the bottom of this.
