Mike was very helpful in explaining what needed doing and showed me several options that fit into my budget. Our garage door spring was damaged and looking for other companies to fix it I end up calling Vancouver prime garage door after comparing their prices to other company . Steve came right away and assess the damage. But after fixing and he left problem occur to our motor opener but not the springs and cable that he fix . He came back to fix the problem and he rescheduled himself to accommodate us When he cannot handle himself to fix the problem he called another guy to help him and as of today 2 weeks has past our door is working fine. I recommend this company if you have problem on yours.

I had 2 repair people from another company come by yesterday. First guy didn't have any springs on him. Second guy from same company came next and spent 2.5 hours so a total of 3 hours spent on garage door and neither resolved the issue. Today I had the pleasure of Charles from Precision visit. He told me what the issue was within the first 10 mins and 35 mins later my garage door was fully functioning! Charles is professional, skilled and honest with a sense of humor. I told him I would only request him when Im considering replacing with a brand new door next spring.

Richard diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener quickly. He reached out to the supplier to see if a discontinued part had a replacement. Unfortunately it doesn’t, we were able to choose a new opener and set up a date for installation quickly.

My Friday morning started poorly with our garage door opener being stolen out of our vehicle and thieves gaining access to our garage. Mike and Charles' prompt response saved the day. They were able to come within a few hours and had everything sorted out for us quickly. As a bonus they were both incredible to deal with, professional, friendly and great to chat with. Phoned local company to fix our garage door on a Saturday but for emergencies it was very expensive. Decided to call Precision Garage Doors since they worked Saturdays. Technician was in touch quickly and kept me informed of his arrival. Charls was fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went through the repair. I received a flyer from your company in my mailbox for "Tune Up $49". This is the reason I booked with your company. It was disappointing to find out when your service guy arrived, that you would not honour what was printed in your flyer. It ended up costing me almost 4 times that amount! My house is two years old, all we needed was a tune up. My rating is no reflection on your service guy, he was great, it's not his fault. If your flyer was misprinted, that's on your company. You should have honoured what I booked. Not sure if I would recommend your company, unless you decide to fix this. I believe according to Consumer Law, you should be honouring the advertised price. I will be making phone calls to get to the bottom of this.

Joshua, the service technician, called to let me know when he expected to arrive, provided me with an estimate, had the parts in his truck and on approval made the repair right away. Another factor was that I was dealing with a local company both on the service desk and for the repair.
