Garage Door Repair Reviews in Surrey / White Rock Area, BC (Updated June 2026)

I received a flyer from your company in my mailbox for "Tune Up $49". This is the reason I booked with your company. It was disappointing to find out when your service guy arrived, that you would not honour what was printed in your flyer. It ended up costing me almost 4 times that amount! My house is two years old, all we needed was a tune up. My rating is no reflection on your service guy, he was great, it's not his fault. If your flyer was misprinted, that's on your company. You should have honoured what I booked. Not sure if I would recommend your company, unless you decide to fix this. I believe according to Consumer Law, you should be honouring the advertised price. I will be making phone calls to get to the bottom of this.

I cancelled a service call with another company who couldnt do the repair until the next day as Michelle, on the service desk, arranged for a technician to do the repair the same afternoon and was extremely helpful and professional. Joshua, the service technician, called to let me know when he expected to arrive, provided me with an estimate, had the parts in his truck and on approval made the repair right away. Another factor was that I was dealing with a local company both on the service desk and for the repair. I found Precision Garage Door Service on Google and found the information I needed on the website.
