I cancelled a service call with another company who couldnt do the repair until the next day as Michelle, on the service desk, arranged for a technician to do the repair the same afternoon and was extremely helpful and professional. Joshua, the service technician, called to let me know when he expected to arrive, provided me with an estimate, had the parts in his truck and on approval made the repair right away. Another factor was that I was dealing with a local company both on the service desk and for the repair.
